Welcome to Dramamore, a short-drama streaming platform operated by APEXINWEB LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dramamore mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. Certain sections contain disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, and a choice of law and dispute resolution clause that affect your legal rights.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use the Service only with the involvement, review, and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for your activity on the Service.

You may register an account using your phone number or email address, or by signing in through a supported third-party service such as Apple or Google. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You may not rent, sell, lend, or otherwise share your account with third parties.
You may delete your account at any time by sending an email from your registered email address to apexinweb@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Upon verification, we will delete your account and your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and the content available on it (the "Content") for your personal, non-commercial entertainment only. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Service or the Content.
You may not download, copy, record, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit the Content in any manner not expressly permitted by these Terms. All Content is licensed to you, not sold.
The Service may offer in-app purchases, including virtual items, episode purchases, and auto-renewing subscriptions (collectively, "Purchases").

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed and billed by Apple App Store and Google Play through your store account, in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies. The Service does not otherwise integrate third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or push notifications.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the software, design, graphics, and all Content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the Dramamore name, logo, or other trademarks without our prior written permission.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we believe you have breached these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Sections 8 through 14 of these Terms shall survive any termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we (or our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APEXINWEB LIMITED and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or applicable legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other reasonable means, such as an in-app notice or an email to the address associated with your account. The updated Terms will take effect as stated in the notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and, if applicable, delete your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
Before initiating any dispute, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence, and the mandatory laws of your jurisdiction shall continue to apply.
